Wednesday premieres

Samaire ArmstrongTonight is jammed packed with all kinds of new shows, from Life to Dirty Sexy Money to Bionic Woman to Private Practice. And that’s just four of them. Tivos will be on overdrive as most of them are on at 8 and 9. Good luck!

Inner88 has the list of all the new and returning shows tonight. What are you planning on watching? For me, it’s not much. Dirty Sexy Money and Bionic Woman. I love me a good supernatural/sci-fi/chick-kicks-butt show. Like Dark Angel from the days of yore. If you never heard of it, that’s where Jessica Alba got her start. And probably where she should have ended, since her new movie with Dane Cook might just be the worst movie EVER on Rotten Tomatoes. And Dirty Money has Peter Krause whom I love from Sports Night, Samaire Armstrong (pictured above) from The O.C. and Donald Sutherland. Should be interesting.

    Definitely lots on tonight. I think I’m most excited for the return of Criminal Minds (and to see where that show goes) and the new Bionic Woman should be worth checking out too.

    The real challenge is managing the rest of what we normally watch. As previously mentioned, the love of my life has her own love affair with ‘Dancing with the stars’. Which frankly wouldn’t be that bad except that it’s on 3 nights a week for a total of 4 hours…..ugh! :-(

    And then we have my buddy Gordon Ramsey and his Kitchen Nightmares, which I like because it’s different and I’ve spent more than my fair share working in that biz.

    So we will definitely be juggling DVR’s to get everything in, but at least we now have choices.

    Remember…. if you have to…. NBC has for 1 week after a show airs, the ability to watch it online at NBC.com (because they couldnt come to agreement with itunes for how much money they would get paid, they now offer it for free on their website…that makes sense…almost)

    You will have to sit through mandatory commercials, and its only available for one week after a particular episode airs, but…. you can watch it there if needed…. so says the Capn =)

    Hey we just finished the Private Practice episode and it was really good!! Don’t judge it off the lame intro episode from last season. It feels similar to Grey’s, actually it reminded us of how Grey’s was before the so-so season last year! You should give it another chance (or at least Jina should) :)

    Kate Walsh just kind of annoys me.
