The Observer watches Giants-Eagles

// January 12th, 2009 // fun

Wow, this is crazy and really makes me wish I had been home to see the very beginning of this game.

Back in December I posted a video that followed The Observer through all the Fringe episodes in which he had appeared so far.  It was interesting to say the least, because he showed up at least a few episodes before he was actually introduced.

Well, FOX worked in an awesome way to promote the show to fans who were paying attention on Sunday. During the Eagles-Giants game, The Observer made an appearance:

And here is the video clip:

Makes you wonder if he was there to witness a “fringe” event that had the Eagles winning on the road.

Maybe he’ll be at the Cards game this week, to witness the Redbirds win the NFC Championship for the first time ever???

    Noooo waaaay!!! That is sooo cool!!! The Observer is such a cool character, and kinda freaky how he pops up when you least expect him in the Fringe episodes. This is a clever cross-promotional thing. Wish I had been watching it live too – it would have totally freaked me out!

    I was watching the game with my fiancé (who doesn’t watch Fringe) and he kept saying I was crazy. That it was probably just a ref. I love the show and I love J.J. Abrams even more. He is a genius!
