First look at the TV remake of “V”

I’m sure some of you remember the TV series about aliens called V from years past. I watched a bit of it as a kid, I think it scared the crap out of me, so I didn’t see much of it. Plus it didn’t last too long.

Regardless, they are remaking it this fall and below are two clips from it. Juliet from Lost is on the show, plus Scott Wolf from Party of Five.

Also Morena Baccarin from Firefly! Woo!

Tell me what you think. A lot of people say it looks better than expected from the clips below, but I kind of thought all the clapping in clip 1 was cheesy.

    Looks pretty sweet so far. Lots of good actors including the guy from The 4400. I’ll definitely check this out. Let’s just hope ABC has the nerve to leave it on the air long enough to be successful. It’d make a great night of TV with Lost and Flash Forward!

    Reading Flash Forward right now…very interesting stuff. I’m closing in on where they may try to do the “event” again.

    All the free will talk is interesting, but frustrating at times. I wanted to clock Lloyd over the head early in the book, but we’ll see how it all ends and plays out.

    Whoa, Mikey you rawk bud nice find, I haven’t seen these anywhere… looks good, I’m definitley interested… as Jason said, could monopolize TV for ABC with those 3 shows…. I’m in!

    Hmmm… not sure what to think about Elizabeth Mitchell (Juliet) being on this show, and what that means for her role on LOST. Hmmm….
