I felt the same way Mikey! It was a great end to a terrific Mother's Day though. It was anticlimatic, you kind of new what was going to happen. Thank goodness Cara and Jaime did not win, they were so lucky so many times, too many times. Oh you brought up a good thing. I still owe Jina a $5 Starbucks card from guessing when Hudson was born, tell her I will send it soon. Take care.

I agree Jason...the guy from EW.com said it best..."It's a mental challenge, which by definition, isn't exciting to watch."

I don't remember the finales ever being 2 hours, but they could have been. Not for awhiel though.

I've been rooting for Tammy & Victor the whole show so I was happy about the win but I'm glad you mentioned the fact that the whole show felt anti-climactic because I felt that so much I was actually thinking of writing an article about it until I read yours.

It just felt wrong somehow for this amazing contest to come down to the memory game where only one of the two team members had to carry the whole burden and either win or fail based on a memory game. Don't get me wrong, I love the game and think it's an important part of the contest, but it was not really that exciting to watch (relatively speaking) and it was completely anti-climactic to some of the more exciting challenges the teams have had in the past. Furthermore, it seems unfair for the person in that challenge to have to shoulder the guilt of "losing the whole thing" because they couldn't find or remember one item out of twelve fast enough.

Didn't the finale used to have two parts or last two hours? Or am I dreaming that?

Whoo hoo! Thanks Mike!
Love the show, but the finale was anticlimactic. I agree, at least they didn't edit it up to make it look close. So bummed Margie and Luke were flawless in the final leg until the VERY end. He was killing that final challenge until the last 2 boards! I thought they had it. It would have been great to see them win.
